Kristin L. Quirk is an Associate in the firm’s Education Law, Mental Health Law, and Family Law Divisions. Her practice focuses primarily on special education, mental health issues, and all related litigation, mediation or other hearings. She regularly practices in several jurisdictions in the Northern Virginia area, however her practice is primarily in Loudoun County, Fairfax County, Prince William County Clarke County, Frederick County and the City of Winchester. Ms. Quirk is the mother of a special needs child and is experienced in the legal issues surrounding special education on both a personal and professional level. She is committed to helping children and their families get the services and support they are entitled to under the law.
Before joining Whitbeck Cisneros McElroy PC, Ms. Quirk had a successful career practicing Labor and Employment Law in New Jersey. Ms. Quirk brings an abundance of knowledge and experience in advocating, litigating, negotiating, and mediating to the arena of special education.
Ms. Quirk currently resides in Broadlands, Virginia with her three children.
