A native of southern California, Katie was born and raised in Orange County, and received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles 1984. In 2002, Katie relocated from California to Virginia with her 2 daughters. She currently resides in Winchester with her husband, children, and golden retriever.
